If Muslim leaders truly believe in a Judgment Day, they would fear facing Allah's accountability & questions on how they spent their lives & wealth. Palestine has suffered occupation, ethnic cleansing, murder, home demolitions, & a continued building of illegal settlements; diversion of their water for swimming pools, deprived of water, electricity, food, & medical care under Israel's military since 1948 & yet 1.4 billion Muslims are silent. Palestine thru the Jewish military has been suffering the same fate as Iraq under the American collation, only for a much longer period.
Brother Muslims maintain their corruptive attachment & obedience to to the USA, its followers & particularly Israel closing their eyes to their brothers' & sisters' sufferings of occupation, humiliation, racism, more illiteracy, unemployment, civil conflicts & death. Their brother are in desperate need for billions of dollars to gain freedom from their invaders & occupiers. How long must Muslim blood be shed while brother Muslims are silent?
"Is there justification for Arabs to hate American & her cohorts?"
A VERY INTERESTING PAPER, SUPPOSEDLY ORATED BY OSAMA -
Praise be to Allah who created the creation for his worship & commanded them to be just & permitted the wronged one to retaliate against the oppressor in kind. To proceed:
Peace be upon he who follows the guidance:
People of America this talk of mine is for you & concerns the ideal way to prevent another Manhattan, & deals with the war & its causes & results.
Before I begin, I say to you that security is an indispensable pillar of human life & that free men do not forfeit their security, contrary to Bush's claim that we hate freedom.
If so, then let him explain to us why we don't strike for example - Sweden?
&
we know that freedom-haters don't possess defiant spirits like those of the 19 -
may Allah have mercy on them.
No, we fight because we are free men who don't sleep under oppression. We want
to restore freedom to our nation, just as you lay waste to our nation. So shall
we lay waste to yours.
No one except a dumb thief plays with the security of others & then makes himself believe he will be secure. Whereas thinking people, when disaster strikes, make it their priority to look for its causes, in order to prevent it happening again.
But I am amazed at you. Even though we are in the fourth year after the events of September 11th, Bush is still engaged in distortion, deception & hiding from you the real causes. & thus, the reasons are still there for a repeat of what occurred.
So I shall talk to you about the story behind those events & shall tell you truthfully about the moments in which the decision was taken, for you to consider.
I say to you, Allah knows that it had never occurred to us to strike the towers. But after it became unbearable & we witnessed the oppression & tyranny of the American/Israeli coalition against our people in Palestine & Lebanon, it came to my mind.
The events that affected my soul in a direct way started in 1982 when America
permitted the Israelis to invade Lebanon & the American Sixth Fleet helped
them in that. This bombardment began & many were killed & injured & others
were terrorized & displaced.
I couldn't forget those moving scenes, blood & severed limbs, women
&
children sprawled everywhere. Houses destroyed along with their occupants &
high rises demolished over their residents, rockets raining down on our home
without mercy.
The situation was like a crocodile meeting a helpless child, powerless except
for his screams. Does the crocodile understand a conversation that doesn't
include a weapon? & the whole world saw & heard but it didn't respond.
In those difficult moments many hard-to-describe ideas bubbled in my soul, but
in the end they produced an intense feeling of rejection of tyranny, & gave
birth to a strong resolve to punish the oppressors.
& as I looked at those demolished towers in Lebanon, it entered my mind that
we should punish the oppressor in kind & that we should destroy towers in
America in order that they taste some of what we tasted & so that they be
deterred from killing our women & children.
& that day, it was confirmed to me that oppression
& the intentional killing
of innocent women & children is a deliberate American policy.
Destruction is
freedom & democracy, while resistance is terrorism & intolerance.
This means the oppressing & embargoing to death of millions as Bush Sr did in Iraq in the greatest mass slaughter of children mankind has ever known, & it means the throwing of millions of pounds of bombs & explosives at millions of children
- also in Iraq - as Bush Jr did,
in order to remove an old agent & replace him with a new puppet
to assist in the pilfering of Iraq's oil & other outrages.
So with these images & their like as their background, the events of September
11th came as a reply to those great wrongs, should a man be blamed for defending
his sanctuary?
Is defending oneself & punishing the aggressor in kind, objectionable terrorism? If it is such, then it is unavoidable for us.
This is the message which I sought to communicate to you in word & deed, repeatedly, for years before September 11th. & you can read this, if you wish, in my interview with Scott in Time Magazine in 1996, or with Peter Arnett on CNN in 1997, or my meeting with John Weiner in 1998.
You can observe it practically, if you wish, in Kenya & Tanzania & in Aden. & you can read it in my interview with Abdul Bari Atwan, as well as my interviews with Robert Fisk. The latter is one of your compatriots & co-religionists & I consider him to be neutral. So are the pretenders of freedom at the White House & the channels controlled by them able to run an interview with him? So that he may relay to the American people what he has understood from us to be the reasons for our fight against you?
If you were to avoid these reasons, you will have taken the correct path that will lead America to the security that it was in before September 11th. This concerned the causes of the war.
As for it's results, they have been, by the grace of Allah, positive & enormous, & have, by all standards, exceeded all expectations.
This is due to
many factors, chief among them, that we have found it difficult to deal with the
Bush administration in light of the resemblance it bears to the regimes in our
countries, half of which are ruled by the military & the other half which are
ruled by the sons of kings & presidents.
Our experience with them is lengthy,
& both types are replete with those who
are characterized by pride, arrogance, greed & misappropriation of wealth.
This resemblance began after the visits of Bush Sr to the region.
At a time when some of our compatriots were dazzled by America & hoping that
these visits would have an effect on our countries, all of a sudden he was
affected by those monarchies & military regimes, & became envious of their
remaining decades in their positions, to embezzle the public wealth of the
nation without supervision or accounting.
So he took dictatorship & suppression of freedoms to his son & they named it the Patriot Act, under the pretence of fighting terrorism.
In addition, Bush sanctioned the installing of sons as state governors, & didn't forget to import expertise in election fraud from the region's presidents to Florida to be made use of in moments of difficulty.
All that we have mentioned has made it easy for us to provoke & bait this administration.
All that we have to do is to send two mujahidin to the furthest point east to raise a piece of cloth on which is written al-Qaida, in order to make the generals race there to cause America to suffer human, economic, & political losses without their achieving for it anything of note other than some benefits for their private companies.
This is in addition to our having experience in using guerrilla warfare & the war of attrition to fight tyrannical superpowers, as we, alongside the mujahidin, bled Russia for 10 years, until it went bankrupt & was forced to withdraw in defeat.
All Praise is due to Allah.
So we are continuing this policy in bleeding America to the point of bankruptcy. Allah willing, & nothing is too great for Allah.
That being said, those who say that al-Qaida has won against the administration
in the White House or that the administration has lost in this war have not been
precise, because when one scrutinizes the results, one cannot say that al-Qaida
is the sole factor in achieving those spectacular gains.
Rather, the policy of the White House that demands the opening of war fronts to
keep busy their various corporations - whether they be working in the field of
arms or oil or reconstruction - has helped al-Qaida to achieve these enormous
results.
& so it has appeared to some analysts & diplomats that the White House
&
us are playing as one team towards the economic goals of the United States, even
if the intentions differ.
& it was to these sorts of notions & their like that the British diplomat
& others were referring in their lectures at the Royal Institute of
International Affairs. [When they pointed out that] for example, al-Qaida spent
$500,000 on the event, while America, in the incident & its aftermath, lost -
according to the lowest estimate - more than $500 billion.
Meaning that every dollar of al-Qaida defeated a million dollars by the permission of Allah, besides the loss of a huge number of jobs.
As for the size of the economic deficit, it has reached record astronomical numbers estimated to total more than a trillion dollars.
& even more dangerous & bitter for America is that the mujahidin recently forced Bush to resort to emergency funds to continue the fight in Afghanistan & Iraq, which is evidence of the success of the bleed-until-bankruptcy plan - with Allah's permission.
It is true that this shows that al-Qaida has gained, but on the other hand, it shows that the Bush administration has also gained, something of which anyone who looks at the size of the contracts acquired by the shady Bush administration-linked mega-corporations, like Halliburton & its kind, will be convinced. & it all shows that the real loser is ... you.
It is the American people & their economy. & for the record, we had agreed with the Commander-General Muhammad Ataa, Allah have mercy on him, that all the operations should be carried out within 20 minutes, before Bush & his administration notice.
It never occurred to us that the commander-in-chief of the American armed forces would abandon 50,000 of his citizens in the twin towers to face those great horrors alone, the time when they most needed him.
But because it seemed to him that occupying himself by talking to the little girl about the goat & its butting was more important than occupying himself with the planes & their butting of the skyscrapers, we were given three times the period required to execute the operations - all praise is due to Allah.
& it's no secret to you that the thinkers & perceptive ones from among the Americans warned Bush before the war & told him: "All that you want for securing America & removing the weapons of mass destruction - assuming they exist - is available to you, & the nations of the world are with you in the inspections, & it is in the interest of America that it not be thrust into an unjustified war with an unknown outcome."
But the darkness of the black gold blurred his vision & insight, & he gave priority to private interests over the public interests of America.
So the war went ahead, the death toll rose, the American economy bled, & Bush became embroiled in the swamps of Iraq that threaten his future. He fits the saying "like the naughty she-goat who used her hoof to dig up a knife from under the earth".
So I say to you, over 15,000 of our people have been killed & tens of thousands injured, while more than a thousand of you have been killed & more than 10,000 injured. & Bush's hands are stained with the blood of all those killed from both sides, all for the sake of oil & keeping their private companies in business.
Be aware that it is the nation who punishes the weak man when he causes the killing of one of its citizens for money, while letting the powerful one get off, when he causes the killing of more than 1000 of its sons, also for money.
& the same goes for your allies in Palestine. They terrorize the women & children, & kill & capture the men as they lie sleeping with their families on the mattresses, that you may recall that for every action, there is a reaction.
Finally, it behooves you to reflect on the last wills
& testaments of the
thousands who left you on the 11th as they gestured in despair. They are
important testaments, which should be studied & researched.
Among the most important of what I read in them was some prose in their gestures
before the collapse, where they say: "How mistaken we were to have allowed the
White House to implement its aggressive foreign policies against the weak
without supervision."
It is as if they were telling you, the people of America: "Hold to account those who have caused us to be killed, & happy is he who learns from others' mistakes." & among that which I read in their gestures is a verse of poetry. "Injustice chases its people, & how unhealthy the bed of tyranny."
As has been said: "An ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure."
& know that: "It is better to return to the truth than persist in error."
&
that the wise man doesn't squander his security, wealth & children for the
sake of the liar in the White House.
In conclusion, I tell you in truth, that your security is not in the hands of
Kerry, nor Bush, nor al-Qaida. No.
Your security is in your own hands. & every state that doesn't play with our
security has automatically guaranteed its own security. & Allah is our Guardian
& Helper, while you have no Guardian or Helper. All
peace be upon he who follows the Guidance.

Destruction is freedom & democracy, while resistance is terrorism & intolerance." Arab nationalists, frustrated by defeat in wars against Israel in 1948, 1956, 1967 & the Yom Kippur War in 1973, turned to "terrorism" & every target in the West was open game, Munich Olympics in 1972, Achille Lauro in 1985, World Trade Centre in 1993 & 9/11.
The Palestinians using sticks & stone demonstrations against Israeli air & land weapons of mass destruction solved nothing & met the deaf ears of the world's United Nation.
Then came the ugly suicide bombers which drew great world attention through the Western controlled media [often believed to be under full Jewish controls] & a one sided media view was exposing only the Arabs as terrorists.

Who ever heard of an Islamic Inquisition - of an Islamic ritual burning of Jews & witches, as was done by the Christians throughout history.
It was the Christians [the new 'enlightened' secular Christian of Europe & eventually the USA] who colonized Aztecs, Africa & the Aborigines of Australia, Incas, Mayas, Native Americans through bloodshed & torture.
Gas chambers, nuclear weapons, cluster bombs, Agent Orange, Inquisitions, Fascism & Nazism are all European inventions & have no roots or connections with the Islamic civilizations.
WHY MIGHT THE ARABS DESPISE CHRISTIANS & JEWS
The Islam are into HOLY WAR with the Christians today [especially George Bush's Born Again] the beginning of Armageddon

Muslim populations; blue = heavy - green = medium - yellow = significant minority.
By North America & other countries trying to change any of Islam doctrines, they are not directing Moslems towards freedom & democracy, rather denying Mohammed's teachings & removing his tenants - attempting to destroy Islam.
Kuwait, which gained freedom of choice, still followed their old established ways - a country controlled by Islamic rule & religious controls & religious repression.
I believe an important point is that Islamic rulers, tyrants or not, supposedly gained their position via Allah. To delete such a power head by any means creates a martyr.
Like most religions & their sects, Islam is no different. The major sects in Islam are the Sunnites & the Shiites. The Sunnites are the largest group & comprise about 90% of all Muslims. The Shiites, though smaller in number, are significant in Islamic history, occupying the lands of Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Syria, Saudi-Arabia, Yemen, & Persian Gulf states
Muslims [or Moslem "One Who Surrenders to God"], similar to Christianity & Judaism, claim their roots back to the patriarch Abraham. "Islam" = "surrender" or "submission" - from the root word "salam" [peace].
In Islam, the greatest of sins, called shirk, is to attribute "partners" to God. To say that God is a Trinity is an unforgivable sin.
All Muslims are united by the common faith regardless of class, location, race, or gender. Islam is a bond of unity & equality.
Islamic theology teaches that Jesus was never crucified but did exist & was a Prophet.
622 is a significant date for Muslims. It is known as the year of the Hijra, or Migration from Mecca to Yathrib [Medina] where the first established Islamic community began. The Muslim calendar begins its history from July 16, 622 the first day of the lunar year in which the Hegira took place.
Muhammad [Muhammad Ibne Abdullah] the creator of Islam religion, was born in Mecca, now located in Saudi Arabia. Mecca was then the cultural & religious center of Arabia.
Muhammad stated that the angel, Gabriel, gave the Koran message to him. How Mohammad knew this was an angel from heaven or from hell is a thought to be played with, similar to Joseph Smith's [founder of the Mormons] Moroni.
Muhammad proclaimed - that the Day of Judgment was coming & a man's works will be weighed on that day. Those whose good deeds out weigh their bad deeds may be saved & enter Paradise, full of sensual pleasures; the unsaved go to hell.
All Muslims must now face Mecca during their times of prayer because in Mecca is the Ka'aba - a cube structure supposedly built by Abraham, containing a sacred stone. Many Muslims hope for shari'ah - complete rule of Islamic law in the world. Interesting, in Medina, Muhammad preached about Allah & monotheism & urged all people to return to the true faith of Abraham. At that time in Medina, he would pray facing Jerusalem, as did the Jews. He preached about repentance, one God, & forgiveness of sins. Soon the Jews disapproved of him & his movement; he confronted them, telling them they had misread the Scriptures. This estranged the Jews in the region & one day while praying, he suddenly changed direction & faced Mecca. Obviously the truth of Islam [given to him by Allah, through the angel Gabriel] taught him to face Jerusalem, but he goes against his teachings & faces Mecca? He declared. after Gabriele's teachings, that the Ka'aba, in Mecca, was the true place of worship - built by Abraham & all Muslims must face Mecca when praying.
The most important place of worship for the Muslim is the Mosque.
The Arabic word for God = "Allah" same God as the Christians & Jews, only under another name - the supreme being of all - uncreated & creator of all - knows all things & is everywhere.
Allah's Angels reside in the unseen world & carry out the commands of Allah. They cannot sin.
Allah's Messengers are people who have been sent from Allah to a particular group of people for the purpose of giving them the message revealed by Allah. Some of them are Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Jesus, & Muhammad. Islam teaches that all messengers before Muhammad were sent to limited people groups & Muhammad was sent to all people.
Muslims claim that only the Quran is trustworthy & that the other scriptures of other religions have been re-written, & as such, are different from that of their originals.
Because Muhammad could neither read nor write, he was instructed to memorize the words of the Quran [Koran or Qur'an - "the reading"] given to him by the angel Gabriel. Muhammad received this recitation over a 23 year period, ending in 632 - the year he died.
These scriptures recognized in Islam are broken up into 114 chapters called Suras, covering subjects of ethics, history, law, & theology.
The Torah - first five books of Moses.
The Injil - gospel message of Jesus from the New Testament.
The Psalms - sacred writings given to David.
The Hadith - added to the Quran [another source of authority] - 2nd to the Quran, it contains the sayings & deeds of Muhammad, recorded by his companions. They are oral traditions & are considered authoritative & instructive. The Hadith are the inspired truths of God transmitted to us in the style & words of Muhammad; the Koran is the exact words of God, protected from corruption by Allah.
Mohammad [highly praised] was born on April 20, 571
In 620 Muhammad lost his beloved uncle Abu Talib & his wife Khadija. "Muhammad sought comfort by marrying the widow of one of his believers named Sawdah. He later married Ayisha, the seven-year old daughter of his friend Abu Bakr. Muslim historians state that Muhammad had 12 wives when he died.
After two years in Medina, the Muslims were not fairing too well financially & combined with mild persecution, prompted a revelation to come to Muhammad permitting him to raid passing caravans, ending his financial problems. Soon Muhammad & 350 of his followers defeated 1000 men in a battle at Badr.
His strength grew to a point where he could do what he wanted to - in 628, he took 10,000 men & entered Mecca unchallenged. The leader of the Quraish converted to Islam. Islamic warriors were created: - Within the first two centuries of Islam's inception in Arabia [622], Islam spread quickly, most often by the sword [jihad], into North Africa, up through Europe to Spain, & east to India. Islam's religion began mostly through bloodshed & war
- taking the path as Christianity.

This is a
declaration for mankind, a guidance & instruction to those who fear God.
(Al Qur'an, Al-Imran 3:138)
Foreword
Islam gave to mankind an ideal code of human rights fourteen centuries ago. These rights aim at conferring honour & dignity on mankind & eliminating exploitation, oppression & injustice.
Human rights in Islam are firmly rooted in the belief that God, & God alone, is the Law Giver & the Source of all human rights. Due to their Divine origin, no ruler, government, assembly or authority can curtail or violate in any way the human rights conferred by God, nor can they be surrendered.
Human rights in Islam are an integral part of the overall Islamic order & it is obligatory on all Muslim governments & organs of society to implement them in letter & in spirit within the framework of that order.
It is unfortunate that human rights are being trampled upon with impunity in many countries of the world, including some Muslim countries. Such violations are a matter of serious concern & are arousing the conscience of more & more people throughout the world.
I sincerely hope that this Declaration of Human Rights will give a powerful impetus to the Muslim peoples to stand firm & defend resolutely & courageously the rights conferred on them by God.
This Declaration of Human Rights is the second fundamental document proclaimed by the Islamic Council to mark the beginning of the 15th Century of the Islamic era, the first being the Universal Islamic Declaration announced at the International Conference on The Prophet Muhammad (peace & blessings be upon him) & his Message, held in London from 12 to 15 April 1980.
The Universal Islamic Declaration of Human Rights is based on the Qur'an & the Sunnah & has been compiled by eminent Muslim scholars, jurists & representatives of Islamic movements & thought. May God reward them all for their efforts & guide us along the right path.
Paris 21 Dhul Qaidah 1401 Salem Azzam
19th September 1981 Secretary General
O men! Behold, We have created you all out of a male & a female, & have
made you into nations & tribes, so that you might come to know one another.
Verily, the noblest of you in the sight of God is the one who is most deeply
conscious of Him. Behold, God is all-knowing, all aware.
(Al Qur'an, Al-Hujurat 49:13)
Preamble
WHEREAS the age-old human aspiration for a just world order wherein people could live, develop & prosper in an environment free from fear, oppression, exploitation & deprivation, remains largely unfulfilled;
WHEREAS the Divine Mercy unto mankind reflected in its having been endowed with super-abundant economic sustenance is being wasted, or unfairly or unjustly withheld from the inhabitants of the earth;
WHEREAS Allah (God) has given mankind through His revelations in the Holy Qur'an & the Sunnah of His Blessed Prophet Muhammad an abiding legal & moral framework within which to establish & regulate human institutions & relationships;
WHEREAS the human rights decreed by the Divine Law aim at conferring dignity & honour on mankind & are designed to eliminate oppression & injustice;
WHEREAS by virtue of their Divine source & sanction these rights can neither be curtailed, abrogated or disregarded by authorities, assemblies or other institutions, nor can they be surrendered or alienated;
Therefore we, as Muslims, who believe
a) in God, the Beneficent & Merciful, the Creator, the Sustainer, the Sovereign, the sole Guide of mankind & the Source of all Law;
b) in the Vicegerency (Khilafah) of man who has been created to fulfill the Will of God on earth;
c) in the wisdom of Divine guidance brought by the Prophets, whose mission found its culmination in the final Divine message that was conveyed by the Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him) to all mankind;
d) that rationality by itself without the light of revelation from God can neither be a sure guide in the affairs of mankind nor provide spiritual nourishment to the human soul, &, knowing that the teachings of Islam represent the quintessence of Divine guidance in its final & perfect form, feel duty-bound to remind man of the high status & dignity bestowed on him by God;
e) in inviting all mankind to the message of Islam;
f) that by the terms of our primeval covenant with God our duties & obligations have priority over our rights, & that each one of us is under a bounden duty to spread the teachings of Islam by word, deed, & indeed in all gentle ways, & to make them effective not only in our individual lives but also in the society around us;
g) in our obligation to establish an Islamic order:
i) wherein all human beings shall be equal & none shall enjoy a privilege or suffer a disadvantage or discrimination by reason of race, colour, sex, origin or language;
